For anyone who does not know,
I have my own Barbeque Comptition Team, "Red Planet BBQ"
This past season highlights:
- 3 Consecutive First Place Finishes - Bread Pudding
- CT State Grilling Champs - Norwalk, CT
- September 2010 - Westport, CT State Championship. Red Planet BBQ placed 1st in Ribs, Reserve Grand Champion and a 3rd Place in Chicken
- We will be participating at the T.E.A.M. "Men Who Cook"
- March 27th at Warsaw Park in Ansonia. (We will be making our 1st Place Ribs!)
- On May 22, we will be volunteer barbequeing for the No Vets Left Behind Standdown at Warsaw Park. (I will also be on WTNH Lifestyle TV Show promoting "Men Who Cook" I will be making my award winning Jumpin' Jambalaya!
- Competition Schedule: August, New Paltz, NY, September, Norwalk Oyster Festival, September, Blues, Views & Barbeque Westport, CT

- My "Jumpin Jambalaya" recipe was accepted and put in the "Kansas City Barbeque Society, 25th Anniversary Cookbook" which is now in book stores.
